Their customer service sucks. The people in charge of the people that suck, also suck...and so on. Do not waste your time with these losers. I will build a fire and send smoke signals before I ever did business with these idiots again. I ran into a problem and instead of taking care of it and helping me the chat rep took forever to respond. She took her time about responding until I threatened to cancel. At that point she was "johnny on the f'ing spot". She couldn't get my account number and password fast enough. I give Aweber an F- Aweber sucks donkey b***s! Their customer service sucks. The people in charge of the people that suck, also suck…and so on.
