Upping The Downside

Upping the Downside: 64 Strategies for Creating Professional Resilience by Design is a new book by Mike Jay that talks about how Resilience is not necessarily about the ability to bounce back; it’s about being ready for anything.

In today’s economic crunch, we tend to have more from stress. You must be ready to handle financial, business/career, relationship, and even health challenges. If you don't, I fear the worse.

Upping the Downside is definitely a book for you to read.

Jason, thanks heaps for helping spread the word about this great business book on creating resilience!!

Every little helps and I just know we can all make a bigger different to others by educating them on what it takes to be strong and ready for anything in today’s economy.

I know the system Mike teaches in his book works - ‘cuz I’ve been studying it for the past year and it’s made a huge difference in my life.
