You heard it here first. Mike Filsaime and The 7 Figure Code are a bunch of crap if your health sucks.

Tom Beal, Mike's project manager, sets a good example for other marketers and stays active. He also recently started using the Better Posture Guaranteed system and loves it. Here is a video with Tom doing just one of the many movements in this step-by-step system used by some of the top internet marketers in the world.
