I was able to log in to my account only once, on the same time I purchased it. When I tried to log in again 2 days later, nothing happens. The log in page just refreshed itself after I entered my email address and password. And when I tried to reset my password, no email was sent to me, at all. It can't be my mail filter because I did receive several payment confirmation emails from them earlier. When I contacted their support, they claimed to have reset my password, except that I still can't log in at all even with the new password! They reset it again, but I still can't log in! This went on for 5 days now, and they have not replied to me for over 2 days. Really incompetent and bad support. BTW, I had already deleted all the cache and cookies on my browsers before checking again and again. For your information, Launch Tree’s support sucks!
