Big Problem with Launch Tree
May 16, 2009 by Big Jason
I ordered Launch Tree from Mike Filsaime and Anik Singal the other day and was extremely frustrated.
When I arrived on the final confirmation screen I was not allowed to access the product.
It said go check my email, but it never came.
I looked in my spam folder, but it wasn’t there either.
After five hours, I still could not access the product.
The information for contacting support said it was available after I logged into the member’s area.
But I couldn’t log into the Launch Tree member’s area for crying out loud!
But I figured a workaround and was able to get into the member’s area.
Below is a video on how I did it.
FYI, Launch Tree was worth the trouble. There is some amazing content and bonuses.
hope that was useful if you had this big problem with Launch Tree,

Hey Jason, I’m at the same situation and I need your advice please.
I asked a friend of mine to ordered launch tree yesterday because I didn’t have a credit card, he used my personal information including my email address to sign up except the credit card information, after he placed the order of $77 course, he was redirect to the $97 videos page, and he misktakenly clicked the “GET ALL 7 Advanced videos…” , the system then billed him $97! So he closed the page and quit.
Here’s the questions: I’m not able to really log in the member side,it says something like Access Denial For training-course/CourseViewComponent/getNewLatestCourseView
, and when I checked my order histroy I couldn’t find any record! Does that mean my order was not complete?
not sure. you should email support at launchtree.com
If so then how can I complete it? If my friend has already clear the cookies, will he be able to login that $97 page again? Plus the link I gave my friend to sign up was the affliate link of Stephen Pierce’s, I’m not sure if there was any affliate code in the page, and if he just type in the address in the browser, I don’t know if this is the same web page he signed up before…
Also after that I tried to access the $97 page http://www.launchtree.com/livevideo.php myself, And I clicked “no thanks button”, the black line reads”Your order is placed, please wait…” then it just stopped in there and nothing happen.
Right now I don’t know what to do, I worry that I might be billed $77+$97 but not getting anything!
just email support at launchtree dot com
For your information, Launch Tree’s support sucks! I was able to log in to my account only once, on the same time I purchased it. When I tried to log in again 2 days later, nothing happens. The log in page just refreshed itself after I entered my email address and password. And when I tried to reset my password, no email was sent to me, at all. It can’t be my mail filter because I did receive several payment confirmation emails from them earlier. When I contacted their support, they claimed to have reset my password, except that I still can’t log in at all even with the new password! They reset it again, but I still can’t log in! This went on for 5 days now, and they have not replied to me for over 2 days. Really incompetent and bad support.
BTW, I had already deleted all the cache and cookies on my browsers before checking again and again.
Hey Jason, first time commenting here.
Anyway, I agree that Launch Tree is really powerful stuff. But in my opinion, the order process was crazy. I got like multiple confirmation emails that I have to call my credit card company to double check if I’m being billed more than once.
I’m surprised they didn’t send me my password. So, I used the same trick you used.
Cheers man.
