I am a professional speaker on email marketing, search engine optimization, web 2.0, social networking, online video, and Better Posture Guaranteed which is used by some of the top marketers in the world including The Next Internet Millionaire reality show host, Joel Comm.

I used to be a nationally certified personal trainer after studying exercise science in college. I was the About.com Guide to Exercise for three years. I grew up in Los Angeles where I did acting and modeling.
