Dr. Todd Sinnett has written a book called The Truth About Back Pain and was recently featured on CBS.

He discusses factors like nutrition and emotion and how it relates to back pain rather than just structural and muscular factors.

Have I seen internet marketers reduce and even eliminate back pain without changing their diet? I see it all the time.
