It is a blog referral network of sorts.  Its all over the internet and more popular than The Next Internet Millionaire reality show. Most criticism is that unless you give it prominent position on your blog, you won't get much traffic out of it. Look at the bottom of my right sidebar to see what it looks like.

I haven't seen much from it so far, so we'll see if I keep it.
